Sales Manager
Responsible for the sales performance of assigned
manufacturers representatives and key/large accounts. Experience in
selling and rep management.
Responsible for the overall demand management process including
the creation of domestic and international unit sales demand forecasts
for OEM products. This role supports and works closely with Sales,
Marketing, Planning, Procurement, Finance and Manufacturing.
Should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to
effectively interact with multi-functional areas (Marketing,
Manufacturing, Finance, etc.), excellent oral and written communication
skills, as well as presentation skills.
Must be able to build and maintain open channels of communication.
Sales Manager
In a Sales Manager role, you will be
aggressively pursuing new business and driving existing sales into new
markets as well as mentoring and managing a team of sales
consultants/professionals. A true
self-starter, goal-oriented with a proven track record. Possess superb communication
skills. Have past management
experience and a track record of new account development. Previous cold calling experience. Two
plus years Inside or Outside sales experience; energetic, reliable and
detail oriented, a true team player.

Excellent typing and telephone
skills. Not afraid to make calls
and ask specific questions. Many
different levels of telemarketing from executive to education sectors. Verify client information, type
accurately new/updated information into company database. Calls can be from a minimum of 70 to
150 calls a day or more, depending on the specific programs. Must not be intimidated easily. Ability to make an individual feel comfortable,
and want to engage in conversation with you.
Program
Manager
Coordinate and manage activities on
assigned programs to comply with cost, schedule and technical
requirements. Establish practices in order to meet program commitments.
Serve as focal point person on the program for integration of plans,
issues and reports. Coordinate cost, schedule and technical inputs to
support a competitive and executable proposal and obtain the appropriate
approvals through management. Interface with various management
levels. Develop program specific
plans by assuring all associated functional plans are completed and
integrated. Ensure that all staff adheres to the approved plans. Control meetings with open
communication. Interface with
functional departments to ensure programs are adequately staffed and
executed. Degree required.
