Human Resources Manager
Manage human
resources department.
Responsibility can include payroll, benefits and 401K. Working knowledge of ADP payroll,
various reports, time and attendance products, knowledge of benefits
administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and
PowerPoint. Create and implement
programs that are related to training, benefits, employee relations,
compensation and succession planning.
Requirements: 7 plus years
prior experience in human resources.
Bachelors in human resources or related area, Masters degree
preferred.
HR Generalist
The position
requires experience in HR Benefits handling 401K questions, new hires,
I9's, W2's, Insurance, etc. Experience with Oracle or any other ERP
software package would be a major plus. Strong communication skills
and able to work in both a team environment and on your own. 1-4 years experience.
HR Assistant
This position
will require the use of various resume databases and search engines as
well as review and evaluation of qualifications against job and
experience requirements. Provide strong administrative and analytical
support to the HR Manager and Generalists in the investigation and
preparation of various reports and analyses using various software; HR
Star, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations. Expected to
learn Key HR functions and processes and assist the Generalists and
Manager as necessary in all related HR fields. In addition strong problem
solving and multi-tasking skills are essential. Proven ability to work
with a diverse set of personalities. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of related
administrative. Prior related HR
strongly preferred.
