Customer Service
A customer service position can
range from answering calls or directing them to a department or person or
as complex as knowing, raw materials, goods-in-process and finished
goods. Depending on industry and nature of the customer service position
you may issue Return Authorization Numbers. You will need to have
excellent communication skills, good follow through and the ability to
multi task. Knowledge of various databases could be requested, from
MS Word, Access and Excel, to Oracle, SAP, MAS90, and more.
